Open the Notepad file and looking for these lines and edit as written here:
sceneComplexity=150000;
shadowZDistance=5;
viewDistance=1200;
preferredObjectViewDistance=1300;
terrainGrid=3.125;
Then save the file and right mouse click on the file and click on properties, set the attribute "read only"
